Garry joined SolidTech in 2016 and provides remote desktop support to clients, troubleshooting hardware and software issues while ensuring a smooth and positive user experience. Whether assisting clients directly over the phone or resolving issues through remote connections, Garry is dedicated to keeping systems running efficiently and clients satisfied.

After graduating from NAIT in 2005 with a Computer Programming degree, Garry began his career as a programmer in the oil and gas sector before transitioning into IT administration, managing in-house computer systems and servers. He later provided private consulting services for various companies before joining SolidTech as a Desktop Support Technician.

Outside of work, Garry enjoys spending time with his wife and three children, participating in family activities and supporting his kids’ extracurricular pursuits. He also enjoys tackling new DIY woodworking projects and continues to learn about and work with horses.
