Kathleen joined SolidTech in October 2019 as Operations Manager, overseeing multiple areas of the company to ensure smooth operations and high levels of customer satisfaction. She plays a key role in coaching internal teams while maintaining a focus on client success.

With a well-rounded background in the automotive industry, Kathleen brings extensive experience in sales management, quality assurance standards, process development, and certification and testing. Her diverse expertise allows her to balance operational responsibilities with continuous improvement initiatives across the company.

Outside of work, Kathleen enjoys reading, staying active at the gym, and spending time in nature with her family. She also supports her children’s activities, including ringette and martial arts, while enjoying time with animals and pursuing lifelong learning.
