Kyle joined SolidTech in 2021 and leads the company’s reactive services team, overseeing both Help Desk and onsite technicians. In his role, he ensures that client issues are resolved quickly, effectively, and with the high level of service that SolidTech is known for.

With extensive IT experience supporting organizations across North America—including heavy manufacturing, retail, banking, medical, and emergency services—Kyle brings a broad and practical perspective to his work. While supporting a local emergency service department, he became a Firefighter Paramedic, serving in multiple municipalities for seven years before returning full-time to the IT industry and joining Solid Technology Solutions.

Kyle enjoys tackling complex, puzzle-like challenges and finding solutions that keep technology running smoothly. Outside of work, he’s recently engaged and enjoys spending time outdoors with his fiancée—whether camping, hunting, fishing, or cheering on the Edmonton Oilers.
