Megan joined SolidTech in 2020 and plays a key role in managing customer communications and support systems. She maintains and trains clients on the Cyber Security Training and Password Manager platforms, while also providing vital administrative and organizational support for tickets, projects, sales, and on-site scheduling.

With a diverse background spanning the Oil and Gas industry, client services, and team management, Megan brings strong organizational and people skills to her role. Her experience includes administrative support, training, travel coordination, and even working hands-on with clients and their dogs to promote safe, force-free training methods.

Megan enjoys working directly with customers to ensure a positive experience and long-term satisfaction. Outside of work, she’s a performing and visual artist who loves spending time with friends, family, and creative pursuits.
