Michael joined SolidTech in 2022 and plays a key role in managing the company’s field service and infrastructure support teams. He oversees complex technical deployments, coordinates on-site service visits, and ensures that every client interaction reflects SolidTech’s commitment to reliability and excellence.

With more than a decade of experience in IT operations, Michael has supported organizations across industries including education, healthcare, construction, and government. His background includes extensive work with network infrastructure, virtualization, and endpoint security. Prior to joining SolidTech, he led a regional IT support division where he specialized in process improvement and team development.

Michael is known for his calm, methodical approach to troubleshooting and his ability to mentor technicians through complex challenges. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two kids, coaching minor hockey, and getting outdoors to hike, fish, and explore Alberta’s backcountry.
