Roger joined SolidTech in 2010 as its second full-time employee and has been a key part of the company’s growth ever since. As Technology Alignment Manager, he helps clients achieve greater success by ensuring their technology works as a strategic advantage—never a hindrance.

With nearly 15 years of hands-on IT experience, Roger’s expertise spans infrastructure design, server and desktop deployment, VMware virtualization, and Microsoft 365. He holds multiple certifications, including A+, MCTS, NSE3, and Datto TS2. Before joining SolidTech, Roger spent six years teaching at the post-secondary level, where he honed his ability to communicate complex technical solutions with clarity and confidence.

Outside of work, Roger enjoys woodworking, sports, and is currently learning to play racquetball.
